Herbal Incnese is a small but dedicated and growing Australian home décor and furniture team based in Canberra and Brisbane. After providing system and ecommerce support to Australian businesses of all shapes and sizes over two decades, we were inspired to enter the market and provide the level of service we know is possible and build something truly unique and lasting. Our mission is to source and provide an expanding unique and beautiful home décor collection, build upon our local warehousing and logistics capabilities, and expand our marketing and regular membership perks, to provide the best possible service and experience.
How We Plan to Do This?
These are just some of the things we have in store for our members in 2023:
- We have signed a growing number of global wholesaler and distributer agreements, expanding our catalogue of new and unique globally-sourced products.
- We are reducing our global shipping times to 10-14 days in early February, and Australian shipping times to 2-4 days later in the year.
- Extending indefinitely our free returns and free standard shipping policy.
- Introducing massive membership perks, including huge birthday, repeat purchase, and VIP discounts.
- Introducing our ‘give back’ membership gifts and freebies initiatives.
- Expanding our payment and subscription options.
